Australian etailer esther.com.au has launched a new VIP reward program.
Customers will be able to earn points through their purchases and by following esther.com.au on social media. Customers will also be rewarded on their birthday and by referring friends to the site.
Esther founder and CEO Talita Estelle said the brand wanted to create a new means of personalising the shopping experience.
"I wanted a seamless way to reward our best customers. The digital realm is moving towards personalisation and loyalty is just another aspect of this.
"My vision for the program is to interact with customers on a personal level to increase brand loyalty and additionally to grow our customer base through those most loyal to the brand, I am beyond excited for it to launch."
The launch follows the success of the etailer's recent partnership with i=Change, by which $150,000 was raised for charity.
