Footwear brand Emu Australia has donated a range of its current summer sandals to local surf live saving clubs in Geelong, Victoria.

300 pairs of its recent spring collection have been given to each club with an aim to provide the clubs a strong fundraising platform to service the community.

The Surfcoast and Bellarine Peninsula clubs who have welcomed the donation include Ocean Grove, 13th Beach, Torquay and Lorne.

Emu Australia general manager Brett Goodgame believes the donation honours the clubs that keep the region's beaches and swimmers safe over the busy summer holiday period.

“The Surf Life Saving Clubs along the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula provide the community with a huge service and our simple donation seemed the right thing to do, highlightling our Spring product line and in recognition of the service provided to our local region.”

Price points for the line retail between $79.95-$119.95.

Emu Australia currently designs, manufactures and distributes its footwear collections locally from its global head office in South Geelong.
