Streetwear brand Elwood has joined forces with Australian music icons Dan Sultan and Alexander Gow to promote the launch of its spring range and flagship Sydney store.

The musicians recently announced their Australian tour and will host to a live acoustic set at Elwood's new Bondi Westfield store on July 13 to promote the launch of the Elwood spring range.

The Elwood spring collection, which will also be available for purchase online, will include the introduction of accessories for women, such as back packs in bright pop colours and fringed shoulder bags, as well as the usual wearable basics for women – high-waisted denim shorts, vintage style tees and maxi dresses.

The Elwood men's spring range will include heritage or photographic printed tees, flat front chinos and washed-out combat shorts as well as a selection of premium basics.

The range will debut at the musical event in July and guests will also be treated to a runway show of the new collection.

Elwood’s managing director Andy Gillott said the collaboration with Sultan and Gow for the spring launch was a perfect fit for the brand that would match with the vibe of the collection.

“I see the alignment between fashion and music as vital to the future of Elwood,” he said.

“For over 10 years, Elwood has had a passion for music and this is the sound track to Elwood’s vision of an Endless Weekend. We want our customers to escape to a place of fun and freedom, and provide them effortless outfitting for the journey. Elwood’s continued focus on quality ensures our designs last well beyond the season, and become old favourites for our customers.”
