Not one. Not two. Not three. Four interactive launches are set to revolutionise a leading chain retailer.

Jewellery chain Michael Hill has launched four new interactive e-commerce sites across Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States.

The websites will drive the brand's expansion across all major markets, allowing consumers to shop across multiple devices at any time.

Michael Hill chief executive Mike Parsell said the initiative will drive global presence.

“Michael Hill International is entirely dedicated to our current expansion strategy for the brand, which combines a continually strong brick and mortar store offering, with a substantial investment in digital e-commerce.

“A solid eCommerce platform is paramount to the brand’s growth and customer experience."

Innovative features launching on the integrated platform include new brand identity design and an interactive charm bracelet builder.

It also features over 2500 shoppable and shareable products and a responsive design will is compatible with computer, tablet or smartphone.

Online customer reviews are a key feature, along with user generated content features allowing customers to share their love stories.
