Australian label Decjuba has become the latest Australian fashion brand to make a move on loyalty in the second half of FY25.

The brand has launched its renewed loyalty program called ‘DECJUBA Insider’. The new program includes a tier-based rewards system, with offers including 10 per cent off every purchase, shipping benefits, personalised birthday and Decjuba anniversary gifts, as well as other limited-edition gifts.

“Our customers are the reason we do what we do, and they've told us they want a loyalty program that genuinely recognises their connection to the brand,” Decjuba owner and chair Tania Austin said.

“With DECJUBA Insider, we’ve created something that goes beyond points – it’s about celebrating the community who inspire us every day and making them feel part of something special.”

According to the retail brand, this comes amid an ever-changing digital and retail world.

“This is just the beginning,” Austin adds. “We’re committed to growing the Insider experience with even more personalised rewards and unexpected surprises. We can't wait to share what’s coming next with our incredible customers.”

All existing Insiders will be placed into one of four tiers based on their spend over the past 12 months, with Level 4: The Inner Circle offering the most exclusive experiences and rewards.

Decjuba is the latest fashion business to make a move on loyalty this side of Christmas. The Iconic has launched its own tier-based loyalty program, while David Jones has launched a revamped version of its rewards initiative.

On top of this, Peter Alexander is set to launch into loyalty later this month, with Myer also rejigging its own program to cover its newly acquired Apparel Brands: Just Jeans, Jay Jays, Jacqui E, Dotti and Portmans.
