Australian designer label Rebecca Vallance has appointed Deborah Foreman as its new CEO.

It is the second time this year the brand has appointed a new CEO, with Peter Halkett taking the top role in January, before shifting over to Oroton in June.

Foreman takes on the new role after leading Tommy Hilfiger in Australia and New Zealand as general manager at PVH Brands for the last eight year. She is also a former divisional GM at David Jones, looking after categories such as menswear, childrenswear and cosmetics.

Prior to this, she was a buyer at Arcadia Group, a former UK company behind the likes of Topshop and Dorothy Perkins.

Founder and creative director, Rebecca Vallance, remains in her position and will continue to lead the brands creative vision.

“I am thrilled to welcome Deborah to Rebecca Vallance,” the founder said. “Her depth of experience, business acumen and leadership will be critical as we continue to expand globally and strengthen our commercial performance.”

Foreman called it an honour to join the designer label.

“I look forward to partnering with Rebecca and the broader team to unlock new opportunities and drive the next phase of growth.”

Rebecca Vallance has seven stores and one outlet across Australia.
