David Jones has snapped up Italian sneaker brand Superga to join its brand stable.
It joins Tuchuzy, The Iconic, Glue Store, Stylerunner and Topshop as Australian stockists.
The announcement comes as Superga announced 50% growth as well as global demand for the brand increasing by 42% across its retail partners.
Trend Imports group general manager of brands Helder Borges believes that partnering with David Jones wil further cement Superga's growth strategy.
"It is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of David Jones.
"Superga prides itself on its distribution international and locally and we believe that the the Superga brand will be right at home in this iconic Australian store."
Trend Imports are the distributors of Superga in Australia.
David Jones will stock two Superga styles including the 2790 flatform sneaker in navy and white and the 2750 Cotu Classic sneaker in white, navy, grey, black, silver, gold, crystal azul, blue, pink peach and mint.
