David Jones has launched its Mother's Day campaign, 'In The Moment', starring Victoria Lee and The Inspired Unemployed and their mothers.

The campaign aims to celebrate making time for fun and being in the moment.

To celebrate mums around the country, David Jones will host two Mother's Day High Teas, while nine stores around the country will house a pop-up portrait studio for customers.

Proceeds from both the high tea events and the portrait studios will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).

"After a tough 2020, we are thrilled to be celebrating being in the moment with the important women in our lives this Mother’s Day at David Jones with our high tea event and the pop-up portrait studios," David Jones GM of marketing communications Georgia Hack said.

"It’s the perfect opportunity to have your portrait taken with mum or as a gift for mum - a very special experience and keepsake in support of a worthy cause," she said.

The high tea experience will be hosted by Jones Magazine editor, Justine Cullen with guest speakers including founder of The Design Files Lucy Feagins and fashion designer Rebecca Vallance across two days in the David Jones Elizabeth Street Flagship store.

The David Jones portrait pop-up studios will be available at nine stores nationally from Wednesday, 5th – Saturday, 8th May with bookings available on the David Jones website.

The campaign launches with portraits of Victoria Lee and her mother Jackie and Matt Ford and Jack Steele (the Inspired Unemployed) with their mothers, Bernie and Lori, shot by acclaimed photographer Hugh Stewart.

Stewart will be capturing portraits of guests at the Elizabeth Street David Jones High Tea events and portrait pop-up this week.
