Melbourne accessories brand Crumpler will release its capsule collection, CRUMPLER x AO, in timing with the tennis grand slam dates.

There are four limited edition colourways across six bag designs and an AO courtside pop-up store available to tennis goers.

CEO Adam Wilkinson said the collection was spurred by demand.

“We are very excited to be collaborating with the AO for the second year in a row, this wouldn’t be possible without the ongoing support from the AO team and the overwhelming response we received from last year's premier collection."

The limited-edition range takes inspiration from Melbourne’s  laneways and artwork found on the tennis grounds.

It includes backpacks, messengers, totes, cross body, waist and drawstring bags.

The fabric colour palette has been chosen to reflect various elements of the AO surrounds, such as blue tones to match the court's surface and light grey Zinc as an ode to summer sunscreen. 

Head of design Valeria Fioretti said the keepsake items will be trasured.

“The AO attracts a large international crowd and we want to give them a piece of the event and Melbourne to take away with them and use forever."

The courtside pop-up store draws on characteristics unique to Crumpler’s most recent concept stores and will give tennis goers the opportunity to interact with the designs and try on for size.

The limited edition CRUMPLER x AO range will be available for purchase at the pop-up store from January 20.

Prices start at $59 for a drawstring bag.
