Australian designer Alice McCall has swiftly reacted to the coronavirus pandemic by introducing personal shopping experiences in her boutiques throughout Australia.
The service, which until now had only been offered to VIP clientele, allows any customer wishing to visit a boutique, to contact customer care ahead of time to schedule a session that will see doors close momentarily for their exclusive use.
“During a time of such uncertainty, we wanted to assure our customers that their welfare comes first and create a way for them to continue doing things they ordinarily love and enjoy,” McCall said.
“We’re delighted to introduce this opportunity to all customers at this time, particularly those who would feel more comfortable visiting a boutique without others surrounding them,” she adds.
Renowned for uniquely feminine designs and playful yet wearable pieces, alice McCALL has recently been worn by the likes of Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry and Kylie Minogue to name a few.
For the first time ever, KITX is also changing its selling cycle with a virtual warehouse sale.
Its Sydney and Melbourne physical warehouses have been replaced with a virtual three day sample sale.
The sale features virtual shopping assistants and up to 70% off previous season styles.
