Country Road is continuing to change the way you look at its stores.
The Australian fashion retailer will collaborate with RMIT University for the seventh year in a row on its annual Window Project.
The 10-week project asks Diploma of Visual Merchandising students to design and implement a series of windows for the brand.
The windows showcase Country Road’s signature product range, and are displayed at the brand’s flagship store in South Yarra, Melbourne.
In celebration of Country Road’s 40th Birthday milestone, this year’s project will focus on the brand’s most iconic products.
These include a new take on the classic duffle bag and the cult men's chino.
Students work to a real-life brief, which includes considerations such as using sustainable materials, retaining brand identity and translating seasonal themes.
Studnets also liase with Country Road, suppliers and install the window concepts.
The Window Project will be on display for four weeks at Country Road’s South Yarra store until September 25.
