Cotton On Body is on the hunt for a new general manager.

The brand has achieved an average annual growth of 21 per cent since 2012, making it one of the largest growing Australian retail brands.

It is understood the group is casting its net locally and globally to fill the position.

Supporting the brand's growth strategy and the recruitment of a new general manager is the appointment of a trend director, Stephanie Keen, to the brand as of February.

Keen has worked with the group for eight years.

Her new role will support the general manager to generate new product across the brand's extensive categories: sleep, swim, active and intimates, as well as new ventures in the pipeline.
