Cotton On Body has seen an increase in sales and foot traffic as a result of its new store concept strategy.
Three new stores have been rolled out across Melbourne in the past three months, with the Westfield Geelong store seeing a 300% increase in weekly sales.
Since the opening of the new stores, Cotton On Body has seen an increase of five times the amount of shoppers. This has been attributed to store size, product variety and customer experience.
Cotton On Body general manager Bryce Telley said the expansion strategy comes as result of increased customer interaction, as well as product performance.
“It’s our customers that set the tone for us. We know the Body girl leads a busy, active lifestyle and we want to offer her balance throughout her day – that’s what has really driven the new store concept,” Telley said.
The new concept sees subtle design updates made throughout the store and the inclusion of a dedicated 'wellness' waiting area at the interactive fitting rooms.
Cotton On Body is set to open seven new stores in the next five weeks across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
