Cotton On is on a mission to raise $100,000.

Cotton On Body will join forces with Cotton On Foundation to launch a new project in Southern Uganda.

The Nutrition Mission is aimed at empowering women to create healthy and sustainable futures.

A pilot program, comprising two eight-week courses, will educate over 60 women in the rural village of Busibo on the importance of nutrition.

The aim is to equip participants with tools to fight malnutrition, including how to grow and maintain their own vegetable gardens and prepare family meals.

From April to June, proceeds from Cotton On Foundation products will go towards funding the $100,000 program.

Products include a limited-edition shopping tote created specifically for the campaign and sold via Cotton On Body stores.

Australian nutritionist Lola Berry has been appointed as the official ambassador for the campaign.

Berry has created a series of nutritious recipes based on the available produce and cooking equipment in the average Ugandan home.

Customers will also be encouraged to back the cause, with Berry offering a cooking class to one lucky customer (and a group of friends) who supports the campaign on social media during the month of April.
