Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger and Michael Kors are part of a multi-million dollar venture down under.

The fashion brands are part of a $100 million redevelopment of Sydney retail factory outlet DFO Homebush.

The shopping destination is set to expand its Australian, international and luxury offering by extending 86 stores on a single level to 126 stores across two levels.

The city's first combined factory outlet and homemaker centre will include 90 fashion retailers along with 18 bulky goods and homewares stores.

Luxury retailers Armani and Zegna have just opened at the centre, with Michael Kors set to follow.

Other major names attached to the centre are Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Witchery and Oroton.

The refurbished centre will also include improved car parking services to support the expansion, along with a 475-seat food court dining precinct.

DFO Homebush will maintain regular trading hours during the redevelopment, which is due for completion in mid 2014.
