Billabong backed retailer Co-Op Surfection has released an exclusive branded collection, as it moves to gain more market share.

The brand operates under Sydney-based retailer Surfection, which was acquired by surfwear giant Billabong in September last year.

Following a store launch at The Corso, Manly, last year and a second store in Melbourne, the brand has now released its own capsule collection, titled 'Long Lost', in an effort to satisfy its core customer base.

The range, comprised of 12 pieces in total, includes a selection of basic t-shirts, chinos, beanies, knits, shirting, raglans and socks in an array of neutral and earthy colour tones.

According to the company, the collection was created based on “a belief that basics are an essential wardrobe piece”.

Long Lost will be exclusive to the niche chain stores of Co-Op Surfection, with product priced from $14.99 up to $89.99.

Co-Op Surfection stock also includes men's and ladies apparel, accessories and footwear, featuring brands such as: RVCA, Wrangler, Insight, Lee, One Teaspoon, Tallow, Low Luv, The Cassette Society, Stussy, Ksubi, Neuw, Cheap Monday, Thrills, Mink Pink, Friends of Couture, TCSS, Urge, Casio, Nixon, Raen, Sunday Somewhere, Flint, Comune, Kroam, Found, Analog, Design Against Culture, Herschel, Brixton, Speakr box, and Wildfox.
