A collaboration between clothing giant Gap and renowned designer Diane von Furstenberg will be available from March 15 in just two Australian stores.

Only two shops across the nation will stock the Gapkids and babyGap range, which is aimed at girls from newborn to age 14.

The Gap stores in Sydney Westfield and Melbourne Chadstone Shopping Centre will sell the collection, which is made up of iconic prints, signature silhouettes and a bold colour palette.

The summer wardrobe essentials include T-shirt dresses, tank tops, shorts, capris, leggings, accessories and swimwear.

“At the heart of the collection are vintage Diane von Furstenberg prints, including the instantly recognisable hibiscus and leaf motifs,” a Gap spokesman said. “Diane's signature prints meet Gap's relaxed style and are playfully mixed, encouraging young girls to be bold and play with their personal style.”

The dress collection features a series of cotton shift pieces that incorporate print, with a refined appliqué daisy detail, or delicate layers of cotton voile.

Other products include onesies, rompers, rattles and diaper bags

Price points range from $20-$120 and the exclusive collection will also be available online.
