Australian fashion designer Christopher Esber will debut his eponymous label at Paris Fashion Week, invited by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode for Womenswear Spring/Summer 2024.

The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode brings together fashion brands that favour creation and international development. Paris Fashion Week is a bi-annual event in the French capital and is widely regarded as a significant global fashion event.

The Christopher Esber runway followed by a presentation is scheduled for September 28, 2023, at 4:30 pm.

Established in 2010, the Christopher Esber label has scaled into a global brand, sold online and through various stockists including Harrods, Luisa Via Roma, MatchesFashion.com, MyTheresa, Net-A-Porter, Printemps, Saks, Selfridges, ssense and The Webster.

In 2012, the designer made his New York Fashion Week debut and was named recipient of the L’Oréal National Designer Award.

In 2013, Esber was named the winner for the regional Woolmark Prize and became a finalist for the International Woolmark Prize in 2014. In that same year, the designer was selected by Sara Maino as the recipient of Vogue Italia’s Most Talented Designer Award for Australia-Pacific.

The brand then became a mainstay for Australian Fashion Week, showing resort collections in Sydney for over a decade.

Christopher Esber label ventured into swimwear in 2021 and this year the brand launched a bridal capsule for Net-A-Porter.

The brand also welcomed a nomination as Designer of the Year for the Australian Fashion Laureate in 2023.
