Mimco MD Cathryn Wills has announced she will depart the brand after 12 years at its helm.
Mimco's parent company, Country Road Group (CRG) has appointed Sarah Rovis as the brand's new MD.
Rovis will move from her role as Rubi GM at Cotton On Group.
She has also completed executive stints at Dotti and Sportsgirl.
Wills has issued a statement on her exit from the company, confirming she will leave to pursue other interests.
"After an incredible 12 years with Mimco, it’s time to take some time out, before exploring new challenges.
“I’m incredibly proud of what we have achieved and I know I’m leaving a brand that is set up for continued success in the future.”
CRG CEO Matt Keogh has extended his thanks to Wills for her commitment to the Mimco brand.
“We thank Cath for her dedication, creativity and passion and wish her every success for the future and look forward to welcoming Sarah to the Country Road Group.”
Rovis will commence in her role as Mimco MD on July 4.
