Fashion giant Country Road has launched a fresh social media campaign as it moves to further boost customer engagement with the brand.

Following the success of its 'Winter by Request' campaign, Country Road has confirmed it will again turn to its customers for feedback on its ranges, with the launch of the 'Summer by Request' campaign this week.

The campaign will Country Road is callon its F acebook fans to vote on a selection of their favourite styles from past campaigns with the most popular 10 styles to be brought back into store and on-line this summer in the form of a capsule collection.

According to Country Road the campaign's success lies in its “ability to create meaningful one-to-one dialogue with the customer and also to analyse the Country Road social space and listen and react to the customers’ feedback, positioning the customer in the design t eams’ shoes”.

Country Road’s managing director Sophie Holt added that the brand's most valuable asset is its customer.

“The strategy behind the campaign was to drive customer engagement in our social media space,” Holt said.

“The success lies in its ability to create meaningful, one-to-one dialogue with our Country Road customers, listening and reacting to feedback; placing our customers in the design team’s shoes. This conversation allows us to learn more about our customers’ needs and how they engage with our product, which takes us beyond analysing sales alone.”
