Camilla has opened its largest retail space yet at Melbourne's Chadstone.
This site will join 12 boutiques around Australia, which are all adorned with bespoke pieces handpicked by founder Camilla Franks.
The 116sq Chadstone Boutique features a lavish checkout area, including a floating daybed around the point of sale space.
The counter features an antique wooden Panjali frame and a metal chandelier.
Outside the change rooms, Indian hand-cut sunken rugs run through the space while a Turkish installation filled with glass lights is positioned on the ceiling.
An antique doli picked up in India has been repurposed with draws to house CAMILLA accessories.
Franks said the store features pieces sourced from Tibet, Turkey and Polynesia.
“I want our stores to be temple-like; a place of homage that draws you in to reflect and enjoy the moment in front of you. Hopefully the world stops here for a minute,” she said.
The boutique includes the full Camilla World lifestyle offering, which includes women’s, men’s, children’s, accessories, shoes, swimwear and homeware lines.
