Bvlgari is the latest luxury giant to throw open the doors to a new site at Melbourne's Crown complex, with Swiss watch maker Omega set to debut there in November.
Existing Crown tenants Burberry and LK Jewellery are also scheduled to unveil redeveloped sites before Christmas.
Designed by Bvlgari in-house architects, the new Bvlgari store takes its design concept from the brand's recently launched flagship in Naples.
The 73sqm Crown site is one of the first to incorporate special gold fixtures inspired by the brand's Rossellini bag, with these fixtures finished in two colours of gold.
The store, a modern take on the interiors of classical museums, will sit side-by-side with Omega and LK Jewellery along Crown's riverside retail strip.
Crown is expected to announce further luxury tenants in 2012, with Louis Vuitton, Prada and Versace also forming its current offer.
