Brooks Brothers is about to commence the next stage of its Australian rollout.
The American brand will open a free-standing store in Melbourne Emporium on May 28.
The rollout commenced in mid-April, with the opening of its Chatswood Chase store.
A Martin Place flagship site is also slated for July.
This is the second step for the brand down under, following the successful introduction of menswear within David Jones nationally.
The brand has partnered with OrotonGroup for its domestic launch.
Oroton CEO Mark Newman said trading to date has met expectations.
"In February we rolled out four men’s concession locations in two weeks across David Jones stores in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
"In conjunction with the roll out, we had a joint outdoor campaign, store windows at both the Sydney and Melbourne stores and strong coverage on both brand’s social media."
The store openings will see the introduction of Brooks Brothers' womenswear collection for the first time in Australia.
The collections feature fine embroidery, brushed cottons and tailored suits.
The Red Fleece Collection, synonymous with preppy and sophisticated dressing, will also launch to market.
The colour palette featured in the mainline collection includes winter beige neutrals focusing on light camels, greys and taupes.
There are accents of wine, black and shades of afternoon sky, with navy and red introduced as bold features later in the season.
The 195-year-old brand has more than 500 stores worldwide in over 25 countries.
