Brooks Brothers' latest store opening is just around the corner - and it will debut with a national first.

Brooks Brothers will launch its first Australian flagship store at 44 Martin Place, Sydney later this month.

This follows the success of its first Australian freestanding stores in Chatswood Chase, Sydney and Emporium, Melbourne.

The brand has also opened menswear and womenswear concessions in David Jones stores nationally.

The Martin Place store will be the first store to offer a made-to-measure suit service for men.

This will allow customers to select from a wide range of suit colors, patterns, fabric qualities and details not found in most readymade garments.

The dedicated tailoring space has a custom made billiard table, featuring Brooks Brothers’ signature navy cloth and the brand’s Golden Fleece logo.

In addition, there will be a shoe shinning service to add to the store experience.

The latest flagship store measures 398sqm and spans across two levels in Sydney’s heritage listed MLC building.

The atrium space features double height windows, two French basket crystal chandeliers and wall bay fixtures crafted from American cherry wood.

Brooks Brothers’ custom Golden Fleece brass logo is inlayed into the limestone floor.

The boutique will offer both the complete Brooks Brothers and Red Fleece collections for men and women.

Brooks Brothers launched a joint venture agreement with local operators OrotonGroup in February this year.

There are also new stores scheduled to open in Brisbane and Adelaide later this year.
