British fashion retailer Ted Baker has ramped up its retail footprint with the opening of two new Australian outlet stores.

It launched its 1250sqm retail space at DFO Homebush, Sydney on November 20 and will open in Essendon, Melbourne on December 14.

Operating as the first Ted Baker outlet stores in Australia, the latest additions boost the brand's domestic store count up to eight.

Essendon is set to span 1909sqm in size with both of the new stores stocking Ted Baker's AW14 mens, womens and accessories collection.

Ted Baker currently operates standalone stores in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide and has forged distribution partnerships with major retailers including David Jones and The Iconic.
