Online shopping club brandsExclusive celebrated has its third birthday and a membership milestone, as the company officially clocked 1.7 million members Australia-wide.
brandsExclusive, which is now Australia’s largest online shopping club, sells products from over 700 local and international brands and has sold over 2.5 million items since its launch in May 2009.
The online retailing powerhouse is also growing at a rate of 70,000 new members each month and also recently introduced an iPad application to supplement its iPhone app, as well as a 'live feed' function, allowing customers to tweet recent purchases with friends and brandsExclusive members.
To celebrate its third birthday, brandsExclusive has now also launched a competition, urging site members to invite as many friends and family as possible to join the brandsExclusive community.
The person with the highest number of friends registered with brandsExclusive by June 29 will then win the keys to a Mini Ray car.
brandsExclusive founder Daniel Jarosch said the company, which was also placed fifth on the BRW Fast Starters List this year, had come a long way in its first three years with plans to grow further in the years to come.
