Bonds has launched a new campaign for its Bloody Comfy Period Undies, recruiting five Aussies to star in the 'Class of '22' campaign.

The brand has called upon Zimbabwe-born, Australian raised rap hero Tkay Maidza, model-activist Mahalia Handley, upcoming Heartbreak High star Ayesha Madon, non-binary environmentalist Daila Melkins and model Dechen Grenfell to star in the campaign.

Aimed at normalising periods, the Bonds Class of '22 showcase the comfort of the period underwear, hoping to encourage confidence in customers about their periods.

"Everyone’s period journey is different and unique to them – at Bonds, we believe one thing should always be the same, people with periods deserve to feel comfy," Bonds marketing manager Kedda Ghazarian said.

"Our incredible Class of '22 line-up reflects the diverse experiences of Aussies today with unapologetic confidence," she said.

Bonds' washable and reusable period undies feature five layers of leak-proof protection and four different levels of absorbency.

They are available in styles gee, tanga, bikini, boyleg and full brief.

The new undies are available now on the Bonds website alongside leading retailers and supermarkets nationwide in ultra-light, light, moderate and heavy absorbencies.

The period undies retail from $24.95 to 29.95 in sizes 6 to 20.
