Australian activewear label Bondi Active is set to open its first concept store in Bondi Beach on April 13.
The two-level flagship store will feature white brick walls with accents of burnt apricot and sky blue. The ground floor will form the core retail space and includes change rooms, with wave-shaped display units, cubby displays and a floor-to-ceiling interactive touch screen that showcases lifestyle footage.
The first floor will feature a large open space which can be utilised for wellness events such as yoga, pilates and meditation, as well as photoshoots.
Managing director Briony Oayda said the brand has been scouting locations for some time.
“We have wanted to do this for some time now, but it was a matter of waiting for the perfect location to become available,” Oayda said. “We wanted the space to be the physical manifestation of everything the Bondi Active brand stands for, and we’re so proud to share the final product with our valued customers, both existing and new.”
The brand was originally launched by Oayda's father in 1994. Oayda relaunched the brand in 2021.
