Black Milk has entered the hotel business.
The street wear label, best known for it's eccentric prints has teamed up as a fashion partner with Brisbane's new TRYP Fortitude Valley Hotel.
'Own the City' is the motto adopted by the staff of the edgy guest service team, who according to the hotel's general manager Warren Cullum are thrilled to ditch the uniform and partner up with another Brisbane local.
“Black Milk is an amazing brand with an impressive range of fashion to choose from. Our team at TRYP love the freedom of personality and self-expression that comes with dressing in Black Milk garments.”
Black Milk has a following of around one million on Instagram and reportedly sells around 1000 garments a day.
The brand's head of sales and marketing also believes that the collaboration will be mutually advantageous.
“We like do things a little bit differently at Black Milk Clothing and so does the team over at TRYP. TRYP hotels are known across the globe as being the edgy, cool kids on the block and we are incredibly excited to be able to work with them. With our shared focus of creativity, a love of great artwork, and a pervasive sense of having fun, the partnership with TRYP makes a lot of sense. This is a really fun collaboration.”
