Bettina Liano will reveal what she has learned from the ashes of administration in the June edition of Ragtrader, following news her embattled company has been salvaged by Apparel Group.
Apparel Group owns and operates Sportscraft and Saba, purchasing luxury designer brand Willow late last year.
The company will manufacture products for the designer under a licensing agreement and oversee back-end operations such as supply chain and distribution.
Apparel Group currently manufactures private labels for other Australian retailers and brands.
The first drop will land in September for spring/summer, stocked in Liano's rationalised store count of five and department store Myer.
The first collection will include two new denim lines, tailoring and daywear.
In an interview with Ragtrader for its June edition, Liano revealed other potential category ventures in the near future.
Liano's fashion brand was placed in administration last July.
The designer claims the new agreement will see her retain full ownership of her company.
