Discount department store Best & Less has revealed a secret weapon set to boost its fashion focus and capture a new market.
The retailer has launched an exclusive new fashion range which aims to mix high fashion and quality without the high prices.
LA LAB has been described as the “exclusive centrepiece of a new chapter in the Best & Less story”, and is comprised of a collection of basic essentials, statement pieces and tran-seasonal must haves.
The initial LA LAB drop, which is folk inspired range, will be showcased to the public for the first time via a pop-up store in Sydney’s Westfield complex which is now open until March 9. All items in the first capsule collection are priced under $45.
Inspired by the diverse and effortless trends of Los Angeles, the collection features high quality fabrics, finished with exquisite detail including embroidery, tassels and crochet lace.
Key pieces include floaty kimonos and harem pants through to delicate paisley printed camisoles and deconstructed blouses, all reminiscent of that classic 70’s look whilst still maintaining a fresh and modern appeal.
Commenting on the new range, Best & Less said it is part of a “transformation toward a new, fashion forward direction”.
Best & Less has confirmed it will continue this exclusive collaboration with LA LAB, with plans to release new collections in store and on-line seasonally.
The current LA LAB exclusively for Best & Less collection is available online and at selected Best & Less stores across Australia.
