Winning businesses will receive a wholesale deal with Beginning Boutique which will include being stocked on the eTailer's website, exposure to its 1.6 million social media followers, and a six-month mentorship with industry professionals, including Beginning Boutique founder Sarah Timmerman.

Having started Beginning Boutique from her bedroom at age 21, Timmerman said she is keenly aware of the challenges start-ups face.

"Starting a business is one of the hardest things you can ever do, so I feel so fortunate to be in a position where I can support other women and help bring their creative visions to life," she said.

Timmerman will reveal the shortlisted entrants later this month, with customers able to choose the winners from her top 10 list.

Entries are open Australia-wide and are open now.
