Bassike has opened the doors to its Emporium Melbourne site.
The store, set across an 80 sqm space, marks the third Melbourne location for the designer brand.
Bassike CEO Billy Voss said the destination is a good fit for the brand, which counts David Jones and Net-A-Porter among its stockists.
“Emporium Melbourne is considered one of just a handful of premium shopping centres in Australia. It definitely brings
an international customer looking for an elevated brand experience.
“We put careful consideration into each of our retail experiences.
"It’s important to us that each store integrates into its surrounding environment; we will elevate our usual brand offering to harmonise with the broader Emporium experience."
The brand's Emporium Melbourne interiors have been designed by Akin Atelier.
The architectural firm is a long-time collaborator with Bassike, and creates the design behind each of its fit outs.
“We are featuring a luxurious materials pallet that includes European oak flooring and ceilings, natural sisal, pure linen,
Bresccia marble and Marmorino polished plaster surfaces,” Voss said.
