Australian Fashion Labels' (AFL) brands have stopped taking orders, following the ongoing administration process.
The news comes after Ragtrader revealed on Friday that administrators were urgently seeking bids for the AFL assets, including the stock.
The news of AFL order fulfilment ceasing was announced to followers across the Cameo Collective, Finders Keepers, Keepsake The Label, The Fifth Label and Fashion Bunker Instagram accounts.
In the posts, the business said that customers with pending orders wishing to return them should contact their payment provider, while customers who placed orders after January 6 will be contacted by administrators.
"For customers that have placed orders after our (the administrators') appointment, we regret to advise that we are unable to make delivery as stock has been detained in a third party warehouse.
"However, any payments made will have been deposited into an account which was quarantined on our appointment.
"We have now recovered your details and are urgently working toward the return of your funds once the account has been reconciled," the business said.
AFL added that the administrators are continuing to seek an outcome where the business could restart operations.
"Our Administrators are currently in discussions with key suppliers and investors in an endeavour to resume trading.
"We are hopeful of being able to provide you with clear information responding to your situation shortly," the business said.
When attempting to reach checkout on the Fashion Bunker website – the site where all AFL's labels are sold through – customers are met with the same message that was posted on Instagram, stopping them from completing the purchase.
