Creswick Woollen Mills is set to tap into record Asian tourists seeking an authentic local experience.
The Australian woollen mill will open an interactive experience to bring the country to the city.
Collaborating with Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne, it will teach visitors about alpacas, fibre, manufacturing and Australian history with tourism pod displays.
It will also offer Creswick alpaca quilts, merino scarves, possum gloves and cashmere knitwear.
The grand opening will take place on January 28.
Creswick Woollen Mills is an Australian family company that was founded in 1947.
The mill is located in Creswick, between Daylesford and Ballarat, just over one hour from Melbourne.
Creswick is famous for luxurious, natural fibre products designed in Australia.
