Australian fashion brands have been caught up in the collapse of British department store, House of Fraser.
Administrator Ernst & Young has commenced issuing letters to creditors, with estimates suppliers are owed around $AU131 million.
Australian brands stocked by House of Fraser include Talulah, Seafolly, Bardot Junior, Billabong, C/Meo and Elle Macpherson Body.
An initial letter from administrators, obtained by ragtrader.com.au, has advised brands to contact House of Fraser directly regarding supplier queries.
British sportswear retailer Sports Direct has already acquired House of Fraser for $AU158 million, almost immediately after the appointment of administrators.
