Noni B non-executive director Bradley Kady has resigned following the recent sell down of shares by James Packer's private investment company Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH).
Kady joined the company's board in September 2016, after the acquisition of the Pretty Girl Group.
This is the second major development for Noni B, who earlier this month saw CPH sell off its remaining 10% stake.
The sale came as a surprise after Noni B Group posted a 142% increase in group total revenue to $143 million for first half of fiscal 2017.
The board thanked Kady for his contribution to the successful integration of the two businesses, which saw Pretty Girl Fashion group sell to Noni B in August 2016 for $75 million.
