Global activewear and wellness brand Alo has opened its second Australian store, trading at The Galeries in the Sydney CBD from today.
The store sits at RG01-03, 500 George Street and follows the brand's Australian debut at Chatswood Chase in May, a 315sqm site that drew queues through the centre on opening morning.
Founded in Los Angeles in 2007, Alo has built a network of more than 100 stores across 26 markets and sells into 128 countries. The brand positions its sites as sanctuaries rather than conventional retail, carrying women's and men's apparel, footwear and accessories alongside wellness and community programming.
The Sydney CBD opening is one of four Australian locations flagged for 2026. Westfield Bondi Junction is also confirmed, with centre owner Scentre Group indicating a store of roughly 700sqm across two levels stocking women's, men's and unisex product.
Alo trades direct in the local market through its own stores and e-commerce site. Leggings and bras are priced between $100 and $200, with footwear closer to $300, putting the brand in the same premium activewear bracket as Lululemon.
The Galeries store trades Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 6pm, Thursday from 10am to 9pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
