Chrome Property Group is still in the process of locking in additional sites for the launch of Alex Perry Residential, a series of ten buildings which have been created in partnership between the property developer and fashion designer.

The first residential building launched earlier this week in Brisbane fashion hub Fortitude Valley, offering 131 apartments priced from $375,000 to $970,000.

The venture takes its inspiration from brands such as Versace, Giorgio Armani and Bvlgari, which have expanded their fashion and accessory portfolios to include buildings and commercial properties.

Chrome Property has confirmed it will roll out 10 buildings across Australia through to 2021, but spokespersons told www.ragtrader.com.au additional sites/cities have yet to be officially locked in. It is understood the next site will be announced shortly however.

Design features at the Fortitude Valley development include a marble and chandelier filled lobby; a roof top Grecian inspired pool and lounge area and apartment options in choices of 'blonde' or 'brunette' colour schemes.

The building will feature elevent levels of apartments, as well as a restaurant/bar, a gym, sauna and outdoor entertainment areas. The upper two floors offer a 'couture residence' opportunity with tailor designed interiors.

The complex is located on 959 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley. Recent collaborations for Perry include accessory brand Diva, optical retailer Specsavers, crystal supplier Waterford and white goods brands Electrolux and Sunbeam.
