Aje has unveiled dedicated Instagram and Facebook pages for its activewear label Aje Athletica.

The debut of the brand's "social sanctuary" comes less than a year after the active label was launched, and signals a move to create Aje Athletica's own identity on social media.

The pages will share behind the scenes content, the brand's latest activewear and interviews with the A.A Collective community.

The new social pages launch alongside Aje Athletica's newest collection, Destination, and campaign fronted by Australian supermodel Shanina Shaik.

Speaking on the campaign, Shaik said she was thrilled to be involved.

"It’s an honour, I love being on set surrounded by Aussies.

"I believe I embody the A.A Collective girl.

"I love to wear my activewear for a workout or just for my everyday uniform.

"The A.A girl is easy going, fun and hardworking. That sounds like me," she said.

The new collection is the brand's most innovative to date and features hybrid corset-inspired crop tops, a neoprene blazer, water repellent track pants, quick-dry windbreakers and perforated mesh training t-shirts in recycled nylon.

"Considered activewear for the curious and cool, Destination takes you on a journey from classic sporty essentials to hero iconic shapes in crisp steel blue and bold garnet red colour-on-colour combinations to Aje Athletica logos inspired by contemporary streetwear and fastidiously designed details for peak performance," the brand said in a statement.

"Made from 70% sustainably sourced materials including plant-based fabrication modal, recycled nylon/polyester and organic cotton, discover sleek Aje Athletica essentials that cut through the performance-wear noise," Aje Athletica said.

The Destination collection and the social pages officially launched today, February 24.

Already, the Instagram page has 3,029 followers.

The Destination collection is available online and in Aje Athletica stores now.
