The Australian Centre for Retail Studies (ACRS) will hold a series of Global Retail Insights (GRI) Seminars from March to April across five Australian cities.
The GRI Seminars, designed to bring busy, time-poor retailers up to speed with major trends in the retail industry, will see the ACRS team together with guest speakers from Google and Salmat to share knowledge, experience and opinions on the current international and Australian retail landscapes.
Seminars will be held in Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne on specific days from March 24 to April 1. Tickets range from $191 per person to $265 for non-ACRS members.
The program aims to inform retailers of what is happening in the global retail world, pinpoint the latest retail and industry trends, and provide an opportunity to network with those in the industry.
The general agenda will be based around the following topic areas:
• The state of online retail
• The green retail consumer
• Online to store conversion
• What does this mean for retail in 2011?
