Footwear giant Accent Group has opened its first Pivot store, after announcing the venture in August 2019.
Opening the new store in the Sydney suburb of Shellharbour, Accent offers consumers a selection of footwear, apparel, accessories across sports, training and lifestyle categories.
Speaking on the venture in 2019, Accent Group CEO Daniel Agostinelli said that following a review of the market, Accent identified a gap.
"Following a market segment review and extensive consultation with our global brand partners, we identified that there is a value segment of lifestyle footwear product available in international markets that is not currently available in Australia.
"It is our plan to test the opportunity to showcase a branded value-oriented shoe offer in an exciting new concept called Pivot," he said at the time.
Pivot is set to expand further across Australia and New Zealand.
