There have been 25,000 virtual fittings conducted by The Athlete's Foot since launch, the business has revealed to Ragtrader.
Further, approximately a quarter of these interactions go onto convert following the virtual consultation.
The Athlete's Foot GM of digital, Kasie Heathcote, said the success of the program comes down to the simple fact that it meets the demand of the customer.
"Our strategy has been to continue to drive the core of the brand promise around FIT and to innovate and it does both of these things perfectly.
"Our virtual sales was one of the first to market and has been an incredible success due to the fact it fits the customer needs and the brand proposition perfectly," she said.
