As Fashion Exposed Now races towards its August 26 debut, over 100 local and international brands are set to hit the fashion trade show floor.

Check out some of the brand mix here.

The curated selection includes an eclectic global flavour, with brands such as Yaya (Netherlands), K Designs (Belgium), Leo & Ugo (Paris) and Cabotine (Spain).

Australian and New Zealand brands lead the charge, with women's apparel the dominant category.

Fashion Exposed Now organiser Marie Kinsella said the number of exhibitors will be capped to ensure quality.

"The Melbourne show is edited because we want to make sure the brands will be sitting with like-for-like players.

"We are looking at 100 brands and the retailers will be predominately bricks-and-mortar retailers throughout Australia, right through the regional areas to the high streets."

Fashion Exposed Now will run from August 26 to 27 at Royal Exhibition Building Carlton, Melbourne.
