Registrations for Rosemount Australian Fashion Week (RAFW) are closing today as organisers prepare to release the event's official schedule.
As the official trade media partner for RAFW, Ragtrader will provide continuous and up-to-date coverage of RAFW as it unfolds.
Buyers, agents and media keen to attend RAFW must officially register with the event's organisers, IMG Fashion, by April 14. Registration ensures guests are added to RAFW's delegate list from which designers invite guests to attend their collection shows and on-site exhibitions.
The closure of registrations comes just days before RAFW's official schedule is anticipated to be released. It is also just one week shy of RAFW's official launch on April 21.
This year, RAFW's launch will be held at Sydney's Powerhouse Museum and will coincide with the unveiling of the museum's newest exhibition, 'Frock Stars: Inside Australian Fashion Week'.
The Frock Stars retrospective will provide a history of RAFW's 15 years and offer the public a glimpse into what happens behind the scenes at Australian fashion's largest annual event. The exhibition will remain on show until August 29, 2010.
