SYDNEY: Fashion Group International has issued a final call for bookings to a special event which will raise funds and awareness for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Tickets to The Pink Ribbon Diamond Gala, which will be held in the Opera Point Marquee at the Sydney Opera House, are selling fast as some of the biggest names in fashion join forces to promote the cause.
The event, taking place this Friday October 17, will see platinum sponsors Cerrone Jewellers launch its 2009 collection and Whitehouse Institute of Design graduate Billie Whitehouse showcase her Mademoiselle range.
Host of Channel 9's Today Show Karl Stefanovic will play the role of MC along with Vivian Chan Shaw director Claudia Chan. Australian jazz singer Carl Riseley will also stage a live performance with his band.
