MELBOURNE: Youthwear retailer General Pants will whip out all the bells and whistles for the launch of its flagship store next month. The Bourke Street site has been specially constructed to include a live entertainment area, a denim hub, a vertical garden and ten change rooms decked out with art installations from the likes of Ksubi, Mont La Roc, Natalie Wood (Something) and Georgie and Alex Cleary (Alpha 60).
The denim hub will house over 140 men's and women's styles and offer private consultations with trained denim specialists. Streetwear brands stocked by General Pants include Ksubi, Cassette Society, Adidas Originals along with new additions LVC, Fred Perry, The Library, Dita and Rock Vintage.
Along with the denim hub, General Pants has constructed a staged window area to showcase free art, fashion and music performances each month.
The flagship store will debut on November 13.
