Kathmandu's high-tech store

MELBOURNE: Leading adventurewear company Kathmandu has celebrated the opening of its 40th Australian store by launching a state-of-the-art store-in-store offering. The outlet, located in Chadstone Shopping Centre, features an innovative display of its Gore-Tex brand with an interactive video display and hands-on testing demonstrations. 

The brand has also provided special training for staff so they can assist Kathmandu customers in matching the right type of Gore-Text fabric technology to their chosen activity.

Styles available across the Kathmandu retail portfolio include jackets, pants, tops, fleeces, shorts, skirts and a range of accessories including belts, hats and scarves.

Technical fabrications carried by the chain include Altica Tundra, Tecnopile, Dry Zone, Kathmandu Merino, Coolmax and Cordura.
