David Bush's imagination goes south of the border when presented with a garment featuring I-Pod touch pads at the Mercedes Brisbane Fashion Festival. The general manager for womenswear at David Jones was part of the judging panel for the event's Australian Graduate of The Year award.

"I really should get to it sometime in the near future."

Myer director of apparel and cosmetics Judy Coomber, on the other hand, needs to stop heading south, north, east and west of the border. The jet-setting executive admits she hasn't yet had a chance to catch her appearance of reality show Project Runway. 

"Sometimes you just have to stuff the rules."

Project Runway mentor Henry Roth throws catwalk etiquette to the wind and defends his choice to cheer and hoot at Myer's spring/summer2008 parade.
