Money talk

February, winter stocks arrive in store it's 40 degrees or more. East May, and the weather is still warm. The chain stores panic and start their 'winter' sales. We the small businesses are forced to follow suit. July it is finally cold enough to wear winter. Stocks are depleted and marked down. August, it is freezing, customers want a new outfit to wear to a special event this weekend. Nothing to chose from except new summer which is now arriving. Don't start me on why Christias is now a non-event these days.
